Dynamicweb as a solution
The search engine is integrated into Apache Solr that gives the customers relevant search results when they use the search function on the webshop. It searches in both products, categories and content. The raptor integration makes is possible to recommend custom made product feeds to the customers. With these two integrations the customers need for product search and inspiration is covered.
The webshop is also present in all physical stores on instore tablets, so the customers have the whole product assortment right by their side.
Results
Euronics’ Dynamicweb Ecommerce solution has fulfilled the need for a responsive design across several channels. With a good design and frontend markup, the webshop has become an online reflection of Euronics’ visual identity. The webshop supports the installation services, the physical stores and the leaflet, which Euronics wants to bring the customers attention as well as help the customers locate these. The integration into the physical stores makes it possible for the local stores to target their local customers with the right offers and messages.
The Hubspot integration provides the right tracking, lead identification and marketing automation. In addition to this, Euronics have been handed a heap of motion graphics to be used in their online marketing.
